The North African region’s capacity has successfully run out of a command center exercise with the participation of the three military, police and civilian components of all capacity member states in Cairo during the period 12 to 15 March 2020.
The exercise aimed to train headquarters cadres on the three levels of leadership, which are tactical, operational and strategic.
The purpose of the exercise was to exercise and approve the specific plans and methods to ensure that the plans and methods have been studied and approved. Among the objectives is also the exercise of decision-making, meaning allowing leaders and their cadres to participate in decision-making supported by valid plans and methods, and putting the end of the exercise in accordance with the scenario. And also to ensure that the training is carried out according to the best standards.
