This morning, Wednesday, July 14, 2024, the Executive Secretary of the NARC received a delegation from the Peace Support Operations Division of the African Union Commission at the headquarters of the Executive Secretariat in Tripoli.
The Executive Secretary welcomed the delegation members and praised the efforts of the Peace Support Operations Division in promoting peace and stability across the African continent. The two parties also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the Capacity and the Commission in this area.
This visit is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen relations and coordination between the Capacity and various regional and international entities involved in peace and security issues in Africa.
