Today, November 11, 2024, the activities of a workshop aimed at reviewing and refining the concept of capacity building for the North Africa region commenced in Algeria. This workshop is part of the implementation of the planning component’s action plan for 2024.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Head of the Planning Component, the Assistant for Military Affairs from the Executive Secretariat, as well as the Training Planning Officer, the Legal Advisor of the Planning Component, and delegations from member states.
The workshop will last for four days, during which the concept of capacity building will be discussed in the context of producing documents related to publication and mission support.
It is noteworthy that this workshop will be followed by another focused on the concepts of command and control, underscoring the commitment to producing the necessary documents, especially following the announcement of the operational readiness of the region.
