On November 15, 2024, a workshop commenced in Algeria focused on reviewing and refining the project for the concept of command, control, communications, and information for the North Africa region. This initiative is part of the action plan for the planning element for the year 2024.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Head of the Planning Element, the Assistant for Military Affairs from the Executive Secretariat, as well as the Training Planning Officer and the Legal Advisor from the Planning Element, along with delegations from member states.
The workshop will last for four days, during which participants will review and revise the project concerning the concept of command, control, communications, and information, aimed at producing documentation to support deployment and missions.
It is noteworthy that this workshop follows a previous one focused on capacity building, underscoring the commitment to producing these documents, especially in light of the announced operational readiness of the region.
