Mr. Ahmed Ahmeda Tajouri, the Executive Secretary of the North African Capacity, received a letter of thanks from the Head of the Operations and Preparation Department of the People’s National Army of Algeria. This letter was in response to his congratulations on the occasion of the seventieth anniversary of the outbreak of the Algerian Revolution.
